Position: Full Time Project Coordinator
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Customer Communication
- CRM/Database Management
- Managing contracts and documentations
- Support Estimators and Superintendents when needed
- Keeping up to date with client's selections and scheduling appointments
- Updates to preferred Contacts Database and Client Database
Skills:
- Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or office manager
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
- Hands on experience with office machines (e.g. fax machines and printers)
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem- solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
- High School degree
- Experience in a construction environment preferred
- Experience with Xactimate Software is a plus
