About the Opportunity
The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the door-to-door residential fiber internet sales team. The sales team will also be responsible for sales in MDUs (Multiple Dwelling Units) and some small business sales. The position will be responsible for hiring and managing a small team of salespeople that reside in the Buffalo, NY and Erie, PA areas. This role requires a charismatic, driven person that can motivate others and sell.
Duties & Responsibilities
· Hire and manage a team of salespeople to drive new residential sales.
· Manage the sales team to engage with prospective customers face-to-face which includes canvassing (door-to-door) using a consultative sales strategy. This includes hanging door hangers and distributing other marketing materials.
· Build a lead pipeline through door-to-door interactions and conduct phone and/or email follow up.
· Track and manage sales activities through tools like Spotio and HubSpot.
· Responsible for managing and training customer retention.
· Communicate the FastBridge Fiber value proposition to prospective customers and display knowledge of the network, the company, and how we differ from competitors.
· Monitor competition in your area to identify risk, issues, and opportunities.
· Partner with FastBridge team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
· Train the sales team in the office and in the field and continually provide direction on best practices and sales tactics.
· Required participation in local community events, pop-up events, guerrilla marketing tactics and marketing programs to drive awareness of FastBridge and acquire new customers.
· Work closely with the leadership team to create a sales execution plan to ensure revenue growth and obtain sales and penetration goals.

Education & Experience
- College degree desired but not required in lieu of applicable experience.
· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- A minimum of 3 years of sales management experience in the telecommunications industry or residential services.
- Must have proven sales experience/accomplishments and a demonstrated track record of supervising people.

***Please note, the salary for this position is $60,000 annually with the potential to earn up to $100,000 through commissions and bonuses.
