Contracts Pricing Administrator

The Contract Pricing Administrator is responsible for ensuring that all company contracts and bids comply with regulatory requirements as well as internal policies. This role involves monitoring contract and bid execution, conducting pricing audits, managing documentation, and coordinating with various departments to ensure pricing obligations are met. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a solid understanding of compliance issues. The Contract Pricing Administrator will report to the VP of Purchasing.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:

Monitor customer margins for discrepancies.

Maintain and update a comprehensive bid and contract database and track all key contract milestones and obligations.

Maintain pricing daily via AS400.

Coordinate with Purchasing and Sales to ensure all contract terms are clear and enforceable.

Conduct regular audits of active contracts to verify compliance with pricing, terms and conditions.

Monitor, update, and maintain supplier allowance expirations and renewals.

Maintain accurate and organized records of all contract documents and pricing activities.

Prepare detailed reports on compliance and pricing status, identifying areas of concern and recommending corrective actions.

Ensure timely and accurate reporting to the VP of Purchasing and Purchasing Manager as required.

Identify and assess potential compliance risks related to contracts and bids.

Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors, suppliers and internal departments regarding contract and bid matters.

Resolve any disputes or issues arising from non-compliance in an efficient and timely manner.
Qualifications and Requirements:

2 years of related finance, accounting and/or pricing administration experience.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills.

Proficiency in AS400, Microsoft office and Google suite, preferred.

Ability to complete tasks in a timely manner despite frequent interruptions.
Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods sitting at a workstation.

Required to use hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and telephone keyboard.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus.

Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure, navigate tense situations and communicate professionally with persons of all backgrounds.

Work may be repetitious, stressful and with little time in between calls.

Will work in a cubicle near other Purchasing Department staff.
Salary Range: $80,000 to $85,000 per year DOE
Schedule: Monday to Friday 7:30 am to 4:30 pm
Eligible to work from home up to two days per week subject to Manager’s approval
