Summary of the Position:
The Tishman Speyer Talent Acquisition Team is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator which plays a critical role in the recruitment process across the organization. In this multi-faceted role you will be supporting the talent function in a number of ways including but not limited to: job posting and advertising, candidate sourcing and screening, interview coordination, candidate communication, database management, administrative support, and internal recruiting projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate and manage an amazing end to end candidate experience
Own full-cycle recruitment for select positions across property management and co-working
Provide support and coordination throughout the recruitment process including interview scheduling and coordination, hosting on-site candidate interviews, providing travel arrangements for candidates and managing interview day logistics
Act as a point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process
Provide timely updates and feedback to candidates and hiring managers
Create, review and post job descriptions to appropriate networks
Screen applicant resumes and conduct virtual and in person interviews to determine applicant suitability
Direct and indirect sourcing of candidates to build a talent pipeline
Maintain and optimize our applicant tracking system (ATS) Workday
Preparation and ownership of the background check and offer letter process
Support internal Talent Acquisition projects and workflows
Assist with the maintenance of the internal referral program
Assist with the internship recruitment process
Ensure that all vendor relationships are maintained and are compliant with our agreements
What you need:
Bachelor’s degree
2-4 years of recruitment experience
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Team player who thrives working in a collaborative environment
Proficient with applicant tracking systems(ATS), Workday is considered a plus
LinkedIn Recruiter sourcing experience
Strong ability to multitask, prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment
High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks
Resourceful and able to troubleshoot issues that arise during the recruitment process
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Experience working within a support function within a detail-orientated, high priority environment
Can operate with a sense of urgency and with flexibility of schedule as required
Familiarity with labor laws and regulations is an advantage

The base compensation range for this role is $70,000 to $75,000. This role is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, as well as access to our comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, life and disability insurance, 401(k) plan (with matching contributions), wellness benefits and all other benefits afforded to full-time Tishman Speyer employees.
This base range reflects a number of factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skill sets, and/or licensure required of an individual in this particular role. The base range is also specific to members of Tishman Speyer’s New York team, as we’ve considered factors specific to this geography.
