Mission:
Optimize the effectiveness of the Engagement and Coaching Team; create efficient processes and support the backend of these ministries so people can seamlessly take steps in the direction of disciple-making.
This position is full-time, 35 hours per week. The hours are Monday-Friday 9-4. Hours may shift depending on ministry needs and special events.
Outcomes:
1. Within 30 days: Be trained to a level of competency in using/updating Planning Center database (People) & our project management board. Be proficient with Word, Excel; Outlook, Adobe, etc. The expectation is that the candidate comes to the position with these skills.
2. Within 60 days: Understand and familiarize yourself with the Coaching and Engagement Team culture, their volunteers, and the overall Engagement Pathway.
3. Within 60 days: Learn basic functions of the job as described below to help support the Coaching and Engagement Team. These include but are not limited to email processes, credit card reconciliations, Planning Center modules (Calendar, Groups, Registrations & Services), support MomCo and WOW, coffee inventory/ordering for weekend services, Coaching initiatives, and other administrative and systematic needs as they arise.
4. Within 90 days: Efficient at budget reconciliations, reporting, and reimbursements. After having learned the basic systems and functions of the job, work to create the most stream-lined and effective processes to support the ministries.

Computer Literate; proficient in Microsoft Suite, the ability to effectively learn and utilize Planning Center and our project management board.

Event Planning; ability to effectively learn and implement the event-flow process.

Credit Card Reconciliation; responsible for collecting receipts and reconciling church credit cards.

Communication Etiquette; phone calls and emails to potential volunteers, first time guests & follow-ups as needed.

Ability to recruit & retain volunteers; a calling team, event assistance team, etc.
