We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Client Services Representative with a dual role in Inside Sales. In this role, you will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, address their inquiries, and ensure overall satisfaction. Additionally, you will actively engage in inside sales activities, identifying opportunities to promote our products or services to existing clients.
***This position is in-office only
Work Hours: Monday - Friday; 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, rotating Saturdays

Duties and Responsibilities:

Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Provide product or service information to clients and assist them in making informed decisions.

Answer inbound phone calls for scheduling.

Conduct market research to identify potential sales opportunities within the client base.

Proactively contact clients to discuss additional products or services that may benefit their business.

Achieve sales targets and objectives through effective communication and persuasive sales techniques.

Support team in scheduling service maintenance, breakdown, and new equipment replacement.

Handle inbound email/web portal inquiries for scheduling.

Outbound phone calls to existing clients to for scheduling.

Assist the sales team in reporting, educating clients on our products and services, scheduling sales appointments, and tracking sales performance.

Act as a liaison between the customer and company, ensuring customer needs are met while maintaining a positive, productive, open line of communication between the customer and all company departments.
Required Qualifications:

2+ years of Sales and/or Customer Service experience.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.

Demonstrated core customer service skills, always exhibiting customer-oriented decisions.

Strong communication skills, verbally and in writing.

Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in MS Office Suite.

Sales experience, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

Ability to follow directions and written processes/procedures.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.
