Job Details:
- Duration: 6-month contract with potential right to hire dependent on client
- Work Mode: Hybrid (4 days on-site - 1 day remote)
- Training: 7 weeks fully on-site, then move to a hybrid schedule
Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of incoming client Service Requests, emails, and projects, utilizing your technical expertise to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
- Implement accurate programming and configuration changes as required, showcasing your technical proficiency.
- Document employee benefit enrollments with precision and effectively communicate complex aspects of company insurance programs to employees and their dependents.
- Work with EDI Files and provide support for Helpdesk, Despot, and Software Support functions, leveraging your technical skills.
- Validate the accuracy of all third-party payments to benefit carriers and government agencies, utilizing your technical eye for detail.
- Manage multiple client commitments while adapting to a fast-paced and dynamic environment, utilizing your technical problem-solving abilities.
- Implement changes to company set-up with meticulous attention to detail, demonstrating your technical precision.
- Monitor Case service level compliance, regularly reporting on productivity, service, and specific goals, leveraging your technical data analysis skills.
- Actively contribute to customer service excellence and payroll servicing, utilizing your technical know-how.
- Identify client needs, investigate the root cause of issues, and make necessary technical adjustments to resolve them.
- Communicate with clients via phone and email, providing appropriate technical follow-ups.
- Provide backup support for Majors phone queues when needed, demonstrating your technical flexibility.
- Willingness to work overtime as required, utilizing your technical dedication to meet project demands.
