Duties:
- Supervise restaurant staff and provide guidance
- Manage inventory levels and control costs
- Implement hospitality management practices to enhance guest experience
- Utilize culinary knowledge to maintain food quality standards
- Coordinate catering events and ensure customer satisfaction
- Assist in hiring, training, and mentoring employees
- Conduct interviews and make hiring decisions
- Oversee Point of Sale (POS) systems and cash handling procedures
- Oversee and staff onsite events crew
Experience:
- Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in POS systems and cash handling
- Knowledge of inventory control practices
