Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Catering Manager to join our team. The Catering Manager will oversee all aspects of catering operations, including planning, organizing, and executing events to ensure exceptional service and client satisfaction.
Duties:
- Develop and implement catering sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Manage client accounts, from initial contact through event execution
- Coordinate with culinary team to create customized menus based on client preferences
- Oversee event setup, service, and breakdown to ensure seamless execution
- Maintain inventory of catering supplies and equipment
- Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries and concerns promptly
Experience:
- Proven experience in technical sales, account management, or related field
- Strong market knowledge and ability to analyze sales trends
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer relationships
- Excellent negotiation skills to secure profitable contracts
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus for catering to diverse clientele
- Prior experience in outside sales or catering sales is preferred
