The ideal candidate will have experience in marketing, graphic design, and social media. You are a “doer” and when needing to get a lot of things done, they get done! You are organized with details along with an ability to look at the big picture. Completely owning the role of research, idea creation, planning and implementation for all marketing campaigns, events, and social media for the Hunt Home Team. You have a high capacity to manage multiple projects with a “bring it on” attitude, self-motivated and find time to learn especially in the fast past ever changing realm of social media marketing. Growth and opportunity within the team are exciting and appealing to you. Proficiency with computers and technology and possessing the ability to learn new applications quickly and troubleshoot issues are also necessary qualities. High proficiency in Word, Excel, Power Point, Canva, Adobe, Mailchimp, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, as well as additional internet applications and scheduling systems.
Regular Work Activities:
- Work alongside the team lead to build a robust multifaceted marketing calendar including print, email, video, and social media all while keeping the team’s brand and voice at the forefront of our campaigns. Growth of the business (followers and leads), owning mind and market share, and educating/ loving on our clients are the goals of the overarching marketing plan.
- Candidate will own, implement, and execute the plan.
- Regular marketing meetings for planning as well as reporting on ongoing marketing campaigns with team lead; and as needed meetings for special projects
- Coordinate with necessary vendors for videography, design, photography, marketing materials, etc
- Maintain and grow all marketing:
- Electronic – email newsletters and campaigns
- Website – hunthometeam.com, google my business and analytics,
- Social media – Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Nextdoor
- Listing marketing – specialized marketing materials or listing ads
- Database marketing – planning and executing database ongoing marketing
Qualifications
- Proven experience in social media marketing and management.
- Strong skills in relationship management and social media platforms.
- Proficiency in SEO, Canva, scheduling systems, etc
- Ability to create engaging content and manage public relations.
- Knowledge of graphic design, Meta Advertising, and Google Analytics.
- Familiarity with digital marketing, web analytics, and video editing.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills for effective marketing strategies.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
