JOB SUMMARY
This position provides high-level administrative support of a confidential nature and serves as the executive assistant to the Legal/Government and Corporate Affairs Department. Reporting directly to the EVP, the Executive Legal Assistant will provide support in a one-on-one, day to day working relationship, and is the main point of contact for internal and external parties on all matters pertaining to the Legal/Government and Corporate Affairs Department. The staff in this position will be sharp exercising independent judgment and common-sense thinking.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.

Maintain digital and physical filing systems.

Manage and maintain calendars, appointments, and incoming emails.

Draft and edit letters and other legal documents.

Prepare meeting agendas and logistics.

Ensure deadlines are met and adapt to changing priorities.

Research, analyze, monitor, and track legislative and regulatory activity.

Maintain lobbyist disclosures, filings, and deadlines.

Track charitable and political contributions, including state and local filing requirements.

Draft interrogatories request for production, admission, and depositions of written questions.
- Request medical/billing records, business records in response to discovery.

Assist with drafting legal documents.

Perform other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS

High School Diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution. College degree preferred.

Three or more years of experience in a high-level Legal administrative role in a professional office environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook-Calendaring & Scheduling as required by the position.

Must be innovative minded, and excel at working within an ambitious, entrepreneurial environment that is mission-driven and results-driven.

EDUCATION

High School Diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution.
