**Job Overview:**
Reporting directly to the CEO, the Executive Assistant provides executive support in a one-on-one working relationship. The ideal individual will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills.
**Responsibilities:**
- Assist in managing and maintaining the CEO's schedule, including arranging meetings, appointments, and internal meetings
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents
- Support the Chief of Staff in CEO's email and correspondence
- Coordinate travel arrangements, events hosted by the CEO, and internal communications
- Assist in preparing presentations and deliveries to investors, regulators, and other key stakeholders
- Conduct research on various topics and provide summaries and analysis as needed
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Function as a liaison between departments
- Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or similar field preferred
- Must be Bilingual Spanish/English
