Sam's Social Club at Indian Springs Resort is looking for an experienced Line Cook with emphasis on banquets to join the team.
- Prepare and cook food for banquets and catering events
- Follow recipes and ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards
- Coordinate with the banquet team to ensure timely and efficient service
- Assist with food preparation and setup for events as needed
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
- Prepare food for service
- Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
- Clean up station and adhere to sanitation and safety protocols
- Stock inventory appropriately
- Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion
- Understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
