Essential Functions
- Assist in Accurately administering the entire payroll process for over 1400 employees in compliance with federal/state regulations and company policy
- Assist in Maintaining and processing voluntary and involuntary deductions, such as benefits, retirement, garnishments, levies, taxes, etc.
- Assist with updating 401k enrollments/contribution changes, processing loan requests, uploads of payroll files to Nationwide.
- Performs various payroll-related journal entries, account reconciliations, and provides general ledger support
- Assists in preparing weekly, monthly, quarterly and year-end reports for management
- Assist in updating annual/quarter tax rates and workers’ comp rates in UKG.
- Assist is completing employment verifications, garnishment verifications
- Assist with monitoring the employee A/R accounts regarding payroll items.
- Recommend and assist in developing and implementing new and/or revised policies and procedures to ensure efficient processing of payroll and maximize utilization of HRIS
Preferred Qualifications
Education/Work Experience:
- Minimum of five years relevant payroll experience
- Associate/Bachelor degree in Accounting, Business or related field from an accredited institution

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
