The Recruiter will research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified andcapable talent for the organization.
Responsibilities
-Develops,facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process.
-Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards,and the organization's needs.
-Assists with job posting and advertising processes.
-Schedules training in conjunction with Training and Onboarding Co-ordinators.
-Prepares progress reports and possible strategies for weekly meetings with departmental managers.
-Communicates with the Training and Onboarding Supervisor regarding any complications incoming applicants may face.
-Attends and participates in college job fairs and recruiting sessions.
-Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements;
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-Excellent interpersonal skills
-Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment.
-Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
-Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
-Familarlity with laws, regulations,and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.
-Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems.
-Proficient with Microsoft office suite or related software.
- Bachelors degree preferred.
-At Least five years managing all phases of the recruitment andhiring process is highly preferred.
- Proven experience in technical recruiting and talent acquisition.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet recruitment targets.
