Want to work for one of Hawaii's BEST Work Places? Our growing team is seeking a full-time Recruiting Specialist to recruit, qualify, and credential clinical staff for the Healthcare department. If you enjoy helping people and have an eye for detail, this is the position for you!
Recruiting Specialist responsibilities:
- Adhere to Joint Commission standards at all times
- Recruit and qualify clinical staff for all open positions with urgency
- Assist new employees with completing new hire forms
- Post open positions on available job boards
- Create new creative ideas to attract staff including utilizing the available resources
- Work closely with all team members to ensure jobs are being filled in a timely manner
- Develop and maintain a professional knowledge of the market, staffing industry, and pertinent labor laws
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the staffing and placement services offered by Express and well as pricing techniques and strategies
- Maintains punctual, regular, and predictable attendance.
- Works collaboratively in a team environment with a spirit of cooperation.
- Update and maintain associates expiring documents in support of the Credentialing Specialist/ Credentialing Manager
- Other duties as assigned.
Recruiting Specialist Requirements:
Seeking candidates that are passionate, have great communication skills, are detail-oriented, and are able to multi-task
Minimum 6 months of office, customer service, or sales experience
Proven ability to take initiative, build strong relationships, and have critical thinking skills
