McCormick Service is experiencing significant growth in sales and service contracts, which has created an immediate need to expand our dedicated service team. We seek skilled and experienced boiler technicians to join our team. Your expertise in servicing, repairing, and maintaining various boiler systems is crucial to our operations. You will be responsible for handling boiler pipe repairs, installing steam and hot water boilers, installing hot water tanks, and troubleshooting furnaces, boilers, hot water tanks, and AC.
Responsibilities include conducting routine inspections, performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, diagnosing issues, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Boiler Technician Job Duties:
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of boiler systems
- Perform repairs and adjustments as needed
- Must be proficient with instrumentation and controls.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose boiler issues
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
- Maintain accurate records of service and repairs
- Complete electronic service tickets accurately
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients
Boiler Technician Job Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- 5+ years of proven experience as a boiler service technician or background working on commercial boiler systems and industrial boiler/burner systems.
- Solid understanding of boiler systems and components
- Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose malfunctions
- Strong attention to detail and safety practices
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Relevant technical certification or training
Boiler Technician Education/Experience/License
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years of proven experience as a boiler service technician
- Valid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record
- Pass drug screening and background check
Boiler Technician Physical Requirements
- Working conditions require driving to and from job site locations.
- Working conditions may vary depending on the type of call and location.
- Lift to 50 lbs.
- Ability to climb a 24' ladder
- Ability to work on roofs
- Frequent standing, walking, stooping and kneeling, turning the head and torso, reaching, grasping, bending, and flexing the arms, legs, wrists, hands, and fingers.B

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $27.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 – 45 per week
