Set up stations with all necessary supplies

Handles, stores, and rotates all products properly

Prepare menu items in cooperation with the greater kitchen.

Flexibility to work within all stations

Experience in fry, plancha, poke, garde manger, or expediter

Self-starter with the capacity to follow through on tasks

The ability to multitask at all points during your workday

An eagerness to grow as part of a close-knit team

Reports all operational needs and equipment or aspects of the kitchen in need of repair or improvement to management
