- Past experience with employee survey administration and reporting
- Comfortable utilizing MS PowerPoint, MS Excel to build tables and reports, aggregate data, use pivot tables & charts, basic formulas (vlookup, xlookup, basic mathematical calculations)
- Attention to fine detail, recognizing errors & inconsistencies in numbers within reports
- Comfort with new technology & navigating 3rd party survey platform
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, analytics, mathematics, statistics, psychology or related field. HR/Statistics
- 3-4 years of relevant experience within HR strongly preferred, have worked in facilitation or support of a corporate environment, in particular, having worked with sensitive material and understanding of confidentiality
What is a nice to have (but not required) regarding skills, requirements, experience, education, or certification?
- Willing to work CST hours. May sit remote anywhere as long as CST Business Hours are conducive to their schedule
What type of environment is this person working in?
- Working with a team of 3-4 internal employees and externally another two individuals from our vendor.
- Depending on skillset, they may interact with another internal team of four folks.

- Typical business hours, being sure to cover the business core hours (roughly 9am-5pm CST, give or take an hour)

Description:
- This position may be 100% remote within the US. This position will be a part of the Organizational Research team within Client Global Human Resources, and will report to the Manager, Organizational Research.
- Primarily, the Specialist will support the administrative and operational components of employee surveys for the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Respond to data requests from the HR organization.
- Create standard and ad hoc reports, templates, PowerPoint decks, etc. to responsibly disseminate data to appropriate stakeholders.
- Ensure data integrity, perform data audits, and produce quality data analytics and reports.
- Share meaningful insights to HR colleagues and business partners for use in making informed decisions.
- Provide training, functional support, troubleshooting, and problem resolution as it relates to surveys, the survey platform, and data.
- Work with third-party vendor to manage issues raised by Client users.
- Uphold compliance with Data Privacy and Protection Guidelines and adherence to local and federal regulations, such as the OFCCP, U.S. Dept of Labor, and EU Safe Harbor laws.
- Identify and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Other duties to support the Organizational Research team as assigned.
