Position Summary
Reports to an Associate, Senior Associate, Senior Program Manager, Vice President, or Senior Vice President. Performs basic discipline assignments under regular supervision, plays a primary role on small projects, and serve as a team member on a selected segment of a large project. Same as Level 1, plus:

· Develop ability to interface with clients and consultants
· Developing ability to clearly convey ides in verbal, written, graphic, and presentation formats
· Developing knowledge of industry terminology, laws, standards, practices, principles, and regulations
· Assist in the preparation of reports and compiles report content under supervision
· Ability to manage time and meet assignment/[project deadlines.
OWNER’S REPRESENTATION:
· Supports the project team with
o General knowledge of construction documents and construction details
o Ability to self-direct and perform assigned task
o Creative problem-solving skills to gather relevant information to solve less well- defined practical problems.
· Support the Project Managers, PM(s), in all aspects of management of the project(s). Will have day-to-day responsibility as follows:
· Assist Program Managers (PM(s) with
o Day to day communications, reports, and project documentation.
o Timely updating of the project document control systems.
o Ongoing review of the project budget and schedule, as well as the management thereof with the project team to ensure on time and within budget project completion.
o Preparation and delivery to the Owner of the weekly and monthly control report deliverables.
o Reporting requirements to the PM(s) shall include, but not necessarily limited to the following:
o Projected problem areas and recommended solutions.
o Problems outside realm of responsibility or situations requiring additional staff.
o Produces accurate work meeting all project(s) requirements.
o Preparation(s) for project meetings.
· Demonstrates ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing.
