Johannes Agency, with offices in Willmar and Olivia, is currently adding a highly compensated full-time Insurance Customer Service Rep, who will provide customer service and administrative support for current and new coming clients to the agency.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to include renewal activities, process customer policy change requests, verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses, and update customer information.
- Perform administrative tasks, such as completing paperwork, answering phone calls, filing, maintaining records, endorsements, cancellations, and processing customer payments.
- Have a genuine willingness to learn, show initiative, demonstrate your enthusiasm, and enjoy the camaraderie of working as part of a team and helping people.
Job Requirements:
- Outstanding communication skills, both oral and written
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to learn new software programs
- Highly energetic with a positive "can do" attitude
- Customer service experience: degree or 2 years’ experience
