Our organization is looking for a Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our office. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries. The ideal candidate will have experience with QuickBooks and other accounting software, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and reconcile bank accounts.
- Process accounts payable and receivable.
- Maintain general ledger accounts.
- Prepare financial statements and reports.
- Manage payroll and employee benefits.
- Assist with budget preparation and forecasting.
- Manage office supplies and equipment.
- Perform data entry tasks.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
