Job Details: General Contractor that focuses on Commercial, Retail, and Vertical Construction. This person would start out on a ground-up U-Haul project.
Job Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience working in Construction is ideal and/or entry level with a degree in the Construction Management industry
- Must have knowledge in construction contract documents, blueprints, specifications, as-builds, detailed takeoffs and change orders
- Must be able to work independently and as a team player with a strong work ethic
- Professional demeanor and the ability to interact with owners, subcontractors, and city officials
- Ideal candidates will have prior experience with similar project background
