Position Overview: Aeronix Technologies Group is a rapidly growing company searching for a hands-on Information Systems leader who will enable growth. The Information Systems Leader will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of our information systems infrastructure. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of technology trends, and a proven track record of successful deployment of software and hardware information systems. The ideal candidate will have a passion for enabling company growth through driving a strong information systems backbone.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and personally implement an information systems strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives.

Manage the full lifecycle of information systems projects, from conception to deployment, ensuring adherence to budget, timeline, and quality standards.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains through the use of technology, automation, and innovation.

Collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization to understand business needs and requirements, and translate them into technical solutions.

Evaluate and recommend new technologies and systems to enhance the company's competitive edge and support future growth.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors, partners, and service providers to ensure the timely delivery of solutions and support services.

Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.

Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and security protocols to safeguard the integrity and confidentiality of company data.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred.

Minimum of 8 years of experience in information systems management or a similar role, with a proven track record of success.

Deep technical expertise across a range of IT disciplines, including but not limited to network infrastructure, cybersecurity, ERPs, collaboration tools, etc.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and analytically.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Proven project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Familiarity with industry standards in government contracting.
