Corporate Recruiter
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Corporate Recruiter to join our client’s dynamic HR team. The Corporate Recruiter will play a pivotal role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent to drive our company’s success. The ideal candidate will have a keen understanding of recruitment strategies, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for building strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers. This is a Direct Hire opportunity located near Oakbrook IL.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
Facilitate the interview process, providing guidance and support to both candidates and hiring managers.
Conduct reference checks and background screenings as needed.
Extend job offers and negotiate terms of employment.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates to ensure positive candidate experiences throughout the recruitment process.
Utilize applicant tracking system (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate recruitment data.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience as a corporate recruiter or similar role
Solid understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
High level of professionalism and integrity.
Experience with diversity recruiting initiatives is a plus.
Relevant certifications (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) are desirable but not required.
