Responsibilities:
- We furnish teachers with meticulously crafted lesson plans for implementation. These plans are tailored to specific age groups and are designed to foster learning and development across multiple domains including language, mathematics, science, and social skills.
- Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued and respected.
- Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues through open communication and collaboration.
- Conduct ongoing assessments to track student progress and adjust teaching strategies as needed.
- Plan and organize engaging activities, including arts and crafts, music, and outdoor play, to stimulate children's interests and imaginations.
- Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all students at all times.
Qualifications:
- Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
- 45 DCF Hours
- National CDA is a plus
- Previous experience working with preschool-age children (Minimum 1 year)
- Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for working with young children
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
