We are looking for a self-motivated Senior line cook that can handle a fast-paced environment. Must be able to execute tickets in an orderly fashion with speed. Must be able to read and follow recipes. Must be able to food prep as well.
This is a lead cook / kitchen manager. Must have very strong line and prep experience.
