Schedule:
This position requires availability to work on holidays and weekends from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm, and on weekdays from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, on a per diem basis. The role offers limited hours and may involve last-minute scheduling to cover for absent staff members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet residents and visitors with a warm smile and welcoming demeanor.
- Answer phones and efficiently direct calls to the appropriate person.
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain conference room calendars, creating work orders as needed.
- Demonstrate flexibility in handling changing priorities.
Qualifications:
- Clerical experience is required.
- Proficiency in using typical office appliances such as copiers and fax machines.
- Microsoft Office experience is a plus.
- Comfortable with changing priorities and able to adapt to dynamic work environments.
