Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by prospecting, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities. This role requires a self-motivated individual with a passion for sales and people.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and identify new sales opportunities through various channels (networking, referrals, cold calling and digital outreach).
- Conduct on-site assessments of potential clients' lawns to provide tailored service recommendations.
- Develop and present service proposals and close sales effectively.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies
- Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in lawn care, particularly in weed control and fertilization.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in lawn care or a related field.
- Strong understanding of lawn care, specifically weed control and fertilization practices.
- Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve and exceed sales goals.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
