The Claridge Hotel is looking for a Guest Service Agents to make our guests feel welcome and ensure they have a pleasant and comfortable stay at our hotel. We have full time, part time and seasonal positions available. Pay based on experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide upscale guest service experiences for guests throughout their stay
- Ensure guests are properly greeted upon their arrival
- Check-in and check-out guests, make reservations and financial transaction
- Promptly address guests’ requests, like in-room dining, housekeeping services, ect.
- Follow up on all guest requests through HotSOS application
- Follow up with each guest after check in to ensure guest satisfaction
- Ensure special guests, like disabled people, elderly, children and VIPs, receive personalized services
- Inform guests of our hotel outlet services and dining options
- Promote all hotel amenities
- Examine daily duties, assign tasks and check on progress
- Recommend local tourist spots, including places to dine, shop and sight-see
- Report all guest issues in the own it solve it log
Skills
- Proven work experience as a Guest Service Agent or similar role
- Hands-on experience with Hotel Management software Opera is a plus
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Customer service drive with outstanding communication and active listening skills
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Strong sense of responsibility and a professional presentation
