Weekend Max Mara located in the Stanford Shopping Center is looking for a full-time Operations Support Associate that can deliver exceptional service and create positive experiences for our clients. They would be responsible for supporting stylists and store by ensuring all administrative, operational and client service initiatives are achieved and maintained to the Company’s standards.
Role Description:
- Assist with all customer service functions in store ensuring end to end task completion, successful processes, and high level of client satisfaction.
- Answer incoming calls with a high level of professionalism and work to establish a positive rapport.
- Encode and capture client information ensuring security and privacy by following all required procedures.
- Assist customers with a variety of transactions through the Company’s POS system. Assist with bagging or wrapping client purchases.
- Defuse customer situations and effectively provide a timely resolution.
- Assist with store inventory, shipping, receiving, and transferring of all merchandise. Accurately input all merchandise into the store’s inventory.

Knowledge and Skills Required for this Role:
- Possesses strong customer service and retail knowledge.
- Skilled at handling different transactions (i.e., cash, credit card, Apple Pay, etc.) and clientele.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to communicate clearly, effectively, and patiently with customers and colleagues.
- Clear understanding of the importance of constant communication and involvement with our clients.
