We are looking for a competent Office Executive to help with the organization and running of the daily administrative operations of the company. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results.
The position requires a seasoned professional with advanced organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Perform general clerical duties, including answering phones, responding to emails, and handling correspondence.
- Maintain and update filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring easy retrieval of documents.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as requested.
- Greet visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner. Provide information and assistance to clients, either in person, over the phone, or via email.
- Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and courteously. Ensure a positive experience for clients and visitors to the office.
- Collaborate with colleagues to support departmental goals and initiatives.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management, providing updates and sharing relevant information.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling inquiries and directing requests to the appropriate parties.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information and documents.

- Degree in business administration, office management, or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a back-office assistant, office assistant, or in another relevant administrative role
- Working knowledge of office equipment
- Thorough understanding of office management procedures
- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional demeanor.
