Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and strengthen client relationships through effective communication and personalized solutions.
- Embrace and implement the Oasis Home Buyers sales process and scripts to optimize success.
- Qualify inbound leads and guide them through the full sales cycle.
- Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Utilize CRM systems to manage appointments, tasks, and client communications efficiently.
- Provide end-of-day KPI reports and collaborate with the leadership team on deal reviews.
- Maintain persistent follow-up with qualified prospects to ensure conversion.
- Commit to full-time office presence.
Results & Expectations:
- Conduct meaningful conversations with qualified leads to understand their selling motivations.
- Manage CRM tasks diligently to ensure timely client follow-up.
- Maintain a fallout rate below 25%.
- Generate a minimum of $75,000 in monthly closed revenue.
- Secure at least 12 signed contracts per month.
- Achieve a 10% conversion rate from qualified leads to opportunities.
- Adhere to internal communication standards consistently.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
