Detail-oriented Retail Product Specialist to support our Allocation Team with ad hoc reporting, order entry, database management, and various omni-channel retail functions. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient product allocation and maintaining data integrity across our retail channels.
Essential Job Duties:
- Generate and analyze ad hoc reports to support the Allocation Team.

Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve allocation efficiency and sales performance.

Assist in the preparation of regular reports for management review.
- Accurately key in orders into the system.

Verify order details and ensure all information is complete and accurate.

Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues.
- Maintain and update product databases, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.

Conduct regular audits of the databases to identify and correct errors.

Implement data management best practices to enhance database integrity.
- Assist in managing omni-channel retail functions, including inventory management, product availability, and customer service support.

Collaborate with e-commerce, marketing, and store teams to ensure seamless product availability across all channels.

Support the implementation of omni-channel initiatives and projects.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with the Allocation Team, Merchandising, and Supply Chain departments to support product allocation and distribution strategies.

Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure alignment and address any issues promptly.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements within the allocation and data management functions.

Recommend and implement changes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
