Job description:
- Review import documentation and paperwork provided by agents
- File ISF and AMS depending on customer’s needs
- Track & Trace inbound Ocean and Air Freight
- Provide arrival notices to customers and brokers
- Collect OBLs & Payment, when necessary, before releasing/delivering merchandise
- Communication and Follow-up with customers, agents and vendors
- Proactively, handle files to avoid last minute surprises/losses
- Proactively, search for better vendors for cost-cutting and improved service
- Invoice and close files in a timely manner to ensure monthly closings
- Act as back-up for colleagues, when absent
- Perform other duties as needed
- Good verbal & written communication skills in English
- Team player with strong social skills
- Understanding of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook)
- Able to multi-task and handle high pressure environment
- Customer service oriented

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Education:
