Requirements:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements for this position are listed below:
- 2+ years of administrative experience supporting multiple groups
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels across the organization
- Proficient in MS Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Must also have familiarity with SharePoint
- Detail oriented with demonstrated organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
