Description:
Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Operations, the Corporate Operations Manager (COM) will be responsible for analyzing and assisting the SVP in the implementation of operational efficiencies/improvements. This position will lead and offer support with special projects or initiatives for a specific community or portfolio of communities. The COM will also be responsible for conducting operations in a manner consistent with Revel Communities’ Culture Code as well as adhering to and upholding policies and procedures that improve customer satisfaction, team member satisfaction, occupancy, culture, and overall operational effectiveness. Responsibilities include, but are not limited:
- Providing analytical and administrative support in budgeting and reforecasting process.
- Complete analysis and make recommendations of operational projects and processes.
- Periodically attend monthly financial calls on an as needed basis.
- Partner with Accounting and Operations to help with financial training and team member onboarding
- Monitor community expenses and make recommendations for reductions.
- Manage and the Standard Operating Procedures and ensure all updates made quarterly.
- Responsible for quarterly compliance audits of resident data and/or data contained in Yardi, Enquire or other systems.
- Support Capital Expenditure process as needed.
- Lead and oversee large scale and enterprise-wide projects as directed by the SVP of Operations from initiation to completion.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associates or Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting services and/or related preferred

5+ years of related experience in the senior living, hospitality, and/or related industry experience required.

Experience using electronic systems for financial forecasting, review, and planning.

Broad functional experience in areas of strategic planning, business acumen, budgets, revenue generation, and expense control

Flexibility with availability and scheduling required; ability to be a road-warrior and work for, depending on the situation, extended periods of time; travel up to 30% of the time may be required. While on assignment at a community, you will live and generally dine onsite to minimize T&E expenses; all T&E expenses to be approved by SVP, Operations
