Fidelity TalentSource is hiring a Quality Specialist to work at Fidelity in Westlake, Texas or Durham, NC.
The primary goal of the Quality Specialist is to ensure the accuracy and completion of all transactions processed by the Fidelity Charitable Service Delivery team. The Quality Specialist will support Service Delivery in its mission to improve processes, measure capability, and drive performance.

The Purpose of Your Role
In this role, you will be a Service Delivery team member and support the execution of Fidelity Charitable’s operations strategy. This position exists to mitigate risk, build efficiencies and provide quality analysis to our operations teams. The primary role is to identify errors in daily processing and analyze available data to prevent future errors from occurring.

The Value You Deliver
- Providing constructive feedback to business partners to increase overall quality throughout the organization.
- Review transactions and work items for accuracy. Code and concisely gather the details regarding the review to enable trending and further analysis.
- Apply the appropriate business tools to identify and gather samples as outlined in Quality Management plan.
- Collaborating with other quality specialists to ensure daily completion of audits per SLA requirements.
- Identify gaps in business partner organization’s policies and procedures based on assigned predefined audit points.

Dynamic Working
- At Fidelity TalentSource, our goal is for most people to work flexibly in a way that balances both personal and business needs with time onsite and offsite through what we call “Dynamic Working.” Most associates will have a hybrid schedule with a requirement to work onsite at a Fidelity location for at least one week, 5 consecutive days, every four weeks. These requirements are subject to change.
