Area Residential Care (ARC) is now hiring for our QA Admissions Coordinator opening. Area Residential Care has been around for over 50 years providing support to individuals with intellectual disabilities in residential and day services settings. The QA Admissions Coordinator will play a role in developing and maintaining a positive relationship with our individuals to successfully achieve their highest quality of life.
Schedule: Typically, M- F 8:00am - 4:30pm

We are seeking a passionate person with flexibility, strong attention to detail, and effective task prioritization to coordinate the admission intake process. Tracks, documents, and follows up on inquiries and referrals into agency services. Prepares and maintains agency waiting lists. Conducts tours of services. Coordinates and facilitates the agency’s admission committee meetings and notifies people of the decisions.
A well-qualified candidate will have:
- H.S Diploma or GED
- A valid Driver License
- At least 1-year relevant experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
The selected candidate is required to successfully complete a background check, a pre-employment physical and drug screen as a condition of employment.
