As a Client Success Coordinator with NextGen Fundraising you will oversee development of campaign creative for direct mail, print, and multichannel projects.

We’re Recruiting a Client Success Coordinator to Help:
- Schedule cross-departmental, partner, and external Client meetings
- Prepare agendas, take notes, and circulate action items for colleagues and Clients
- Join in campaign brainstorming sessions
- Create multichannel and production campaign schedules in our agency’s project management platform: Basecamp
- Prepare print production instructions, creative matrices, file requests, reporting setups, and postage requests under guidance from Client Success and Accounts Managers
- Traffic and post copy and art proofs. Coordinate approvals with staff and Clients
- Assist in preparation of client campaign briefs/plans, budgets, acquisition list plans, reports, and presentations
- Ensure timeliness of client deliverables against campaign schedules
You have:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 1-3 years of agency or nonprofit fundraising experience
- Readiness to collaborate and communicate with internal staff and vendor partners as well as work independently in a remote setup
- Strong organizational and project management skills for a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail
- Desire to complete projects accurately and on time
- Willingness to handle administrative tasks
- Knowledge of direct mail and digital marketing/fundraising tactics
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, especially MS Excel. Google Suite and Basecamp experience a plus
- Aspirations to learn and grow professionally
