Job Description: PURPOSE:
Delivers process support and serves as a technical liaison resource in, planning activities for application releases, change management, process optimization, and supporting initiatives. Creates baseline tasks, identifies gaps, and assists with re-designing processes to deliver superior customer experiences. Need to work with several teams, customer communications and notifications are key, update the leadership team, and communication skills are very critical. Facilitate calls with pre- and post-installations, technical reviews, & support in accommodating requests. The Process Engineer role requires providing comprehensive support for processes within the application domain, necessitating a solid technical background in process management. Acting as a pivotal link between diverse team members, the Process Engineer oversees DevOps, deployment, and change management activities while ensuring effective communication with customers and supporting application releases. Proficiency in firewalls, databases, and DevOps tools is indispensable, alongside a fundamental technical aptitude. Strong communication skills are vital for effective collaboration across teams. While prior healthcare experience is advantageous, it is not mandatory. However, availability to work one weekend per month is a requirement for this role.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

25% Facilitate calls with pre- and post-installations, technical reviews, & support in accommodating requests.

Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
Education Details: Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Experience: 3 years of relevant experience.
In Lieu of Education
In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required in addition to the required work experience.
