Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education is required
- The candidate must hold a valid elementary teaching certificate.
- Essential Duties and responsibilities:
- Implement curricula and activities to meet academic standards
- Design and implement assessments that measure progress towards academic standards.

- Use a multitude of instructional strategies that are academically rigorous and highly engaging.
- Communicate effectively with students, families, and colleagues.
- Demonstrate strong classroom management skills and follow the guidelines and policies stated in the MCA Faculty/Staff Handbook.
