Soteria Solutions is currently seeking an Clinic Coordinator to support our clinics at multiple sites throughout California.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the office
- Answer phones, schedule clients and group sessions
- Track and file office documents
- Manage supplies
- Collect and book payments in internal systems
- Assist staff with client scheduling
- Run reports and provide data to the operations and/or clinical teams
- Support Office Manager, Operations Manager, and Director of Operations as needed
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of professional experience
- Good organizational abilities
- Exceptional communication skills, oral and written, including client interactions
- Ability to maintain a professional composure in stressful situations
- Ability to interact with a diverse population of clients and patients
- Flexibility to switch tasks and priorities quickly, including changing work locations as needed
- Demonstrated experience working with Microsoft Office tools and Google productivity tools (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, etc.)
- Ability to succinctly summarize large amounts of detailed clinical information for a non-clinical audience
- Proven track record of effective time management
- Attention to detail with filing documents, preparing reports, invoices, and written communications
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to protect and responsibly handle confidential information

The clinics we support are California-based outpatient mental health facilities specializing in working with adult and adolescent clients in individual and group settings. We provide treatment services to individuals, couples, and families coping with emotional, behavioral, or psychological challenges. We also offer specialized forensic mental health services to mandated or mentally ill clients.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $48.77 - $50.41 per hour
