Job Title: Quality Manager/Auditor – WI Facility
Classification: Nonexempt
Department: WI Packaging
Reports to: Plant Manager
Schedule: Monday – Friday 8 am to 5 pm
Job Description
- Continually monitor and update if needed, Repacorp Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to ensure excellent quality
- Complete Audits to ensure quality control
- Train and monitor employees to ensure the highest quality standards and products
- Assist with coordinating Customer Service Department needs in manufacturing
- Assist with coordinating label production needs with Packaging and/or Finishing
- Support Process Improvements
- Identifying product defects or potential issues and determine POA to resolve
- Assist with Inventory Management
- Assist Shipping Department
- Manufacturing Support
- Follows all Personnel Protective Equipment (PPE) Standards
- Follows all Good Manufacturing Policy (GMP) Standards
Needed Competencies
- Familiarity with manufacturing and production processes combined with extensive knowledge of product specifications
- Excellent computer skills
- Food Safety and Defense experience preferred
- Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) Design
- Training skills
- Professional interaction with all other Repacorp employees and management
- High attention to detail
- Flexible to the work environment

Work Environment
While performing job duties, this employee will spend a large percentage of day sitting at a computer in an office environment. There could be a small percentage of daily duties that entail time spent on the production floor where there would be exposure to fumes, airborne particles, and a loud noise level.
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position requires sitting, walking, and bending all day. There could be lifting requirements of up to 25 lbs.
Education Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
Preferred Education and Experience
- 1 year of quality experience
- Associates Degree
