A & B Packing Equipment, a Michigan Manufacturing Company is looking for an Executive Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks and support our company's senior-level managers. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have great time management skills and be able to act without guidance. Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personalized and timely support to executive members.
Responsibilities
· Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners
· Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
· Coordinate daily calendars and make travel arrangements for senior managers (President, Owner)
· Format information for internal and external communication memos, emails, presentations, and reports
· Take minutes during meetings
· Organize and maintain the office filing system
Skills
· 1-3 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role
· Experience with office management systems
· Excellent MS Office knowledge
· Excellent organizational skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritize work
· Experience using office equipment, including printers and fax machines
· Must have strong communication skills (via phone, email, and in-person)

Pay: $42,500.00 - $52,000.00 per year
