*Front Office Management*
* Supervise and lead the front office/reception team to ensure efficient patient flow and exceptional customer service
* Develop and implement policies, procedures, and standards for front office operations
* Oversee patient check-in, registration, insurance verification, and co-pay collection processes
* Manage appointment scheduling, cancellations, and rescheduling requests
* Maintain organized and up-to-date patient records and files
*Staff Supervision and Training*
* Recruit, train, and develop front office staff to maintain a skilled and motivated team
* Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback
* Create staff schedules and ensure adequate coverage during business hours
* Foster a positive team environment and promote professional standards
*Patient Experience and Customer Service*
* Ensure a warm, welcoming, and professional experience for all patients and visitors
* Address patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and courteously
* Maintain a thorough understanding of medical insurance plans, co-pays, and billing procedures
*Administrative Support*
* Collaborate with clinical staff and providers to facilitate smooth patient flow
* Oversee inventory management and ordering of front office supplies
* Assist with reporting, audits, and special projects as assigned
* Ensure compliance with HIPAA, practice policies, and healthcare regulations

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $62,000.00 - $83,600.00 per year
