Who We Are:
Cultural Vistas' small HR team is focused on providing people-centric support to the organization and its most valuable resource: the staff who make the mission possible. Reporting to the Senior Director of Administration, People & Culture, the HR Generalist will serve as a resource to staff and management by proactively providing a broad range of HR services and by ensuring efficient and seamless administration and coordination of HR-related projects, programs, and activities.

Regular travel to the home office in Washington, DC is required, so candidates located in the DMV region or those willing to relocate are preferred.
What You’ll Do:

Your job will be to provide support to the staff and HR function of Cultural Vistas in Administration & Compliance, Talent Acquisition & Management, and Performance & UltiPro HRIS Management so that HR activities are aligned with the business needs and organizational strategies, enabling our people and mission to be more successful.

At any given time, you will be responsible for ongoing communication with candidates, staff, brokers, payroll consultants, and third party vendors as well as for keeping internal records up to date.
