Greet guests with a friendly welcome.
- Complete the check in process, informing the guest about the hotel amenities, and making the guest feel comfortable during this process by starting conversation with them.
- Promptly answer the telephone using a positive and clear communication.
- Ensuring all guests are having a great stay during their time here by acknowledging the customers when they walk past and asking how their stay is so far.
- During check out process, close guest accounts and ensure guest satisfaction. If the guest is dissatisfied, attempt to resolve the problem, this may include supervisor help.
- Making sure housekeeping, maintenance or any other requests are communicated with staff and get done.
- Resolving guests complains or issues when needed.
