Lead Teacher
Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Teacher to join our team. As a Lead Teacher, you will play a crucial role in providing a nurturing and stimulating educational environment for our students. This position offers the opportunity to lead a classroom, develop curriculum, and positively impact the growth and development of young learners.
Duties:
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum goals
- Provide effective classroom management to create a positive learning environment
- Utilize early intervention strategies to support students' individual needs
- Foster a supportive and inclusive atmosphere for all students
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience
- Implement behavior management techniques to promote positive behavior
- Conduct tutoring sessions as needed to support student learning
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Previous experience working with preschool-aged children
- Strong understanding of curriculum development principles
- Proficiency in physical education concepts and activities
- Knowledge of behavior management strategies
- Experience in a classroom setting, preferably in a private school environment
- Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience in early intervention programs
- Familiarity with special education practices
- Certification in relevant teaching areas
