What you get to do:
The HR Coordinator/International will provide a wide variety of support for the International Student Program. This position involves a significant amount of direct contact with leaders, employees, and international students. The individual will be responsible for providing the human touch that brings our employment processes and systems to life.
- Assist with virtual scheduling, interviewing, and offering positions to international students.
- Establish relationships with international students, Sponsors, Housing vendor, Social Security Office, and Bank.
- Coordinate all Onboarding and Off Boarding of students.
- Manage all aspects of Student’s program before arrival, during program, and after arrival.
- Assist international students by answering questions and directing them to appropriate HR personnel.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable company policies and legal guidelines.
- Primary point of contact for students.
- Handle frequent data entry, filing, reports, and other administrative tasks.
- Assist with planning activities and cultural events for the international students.

Required Experience, Knowledge and skills
- Experience multitasking and working in a fast paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (i.e. Word, Excel and Outlook, etc.) and phone skills.

Preferred Education and Experience
- Associate degree preferred or relevant years of experience.
- Knowledge of human resources functions, including tasks within the employment cycle preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of human resources experience.
- Experience working in the theme park or hospitality industry.
- Experience working with international groups.
